FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT

Kasibu Municipal Hospital aims to provide effective and efficient health care services to the constituents of Kasibu and neighboring towns within the professional capabilities of the staff and the availablity facilities.

OBJECTIVES

	To enhance personnel skills and capabilities;
	To acquire technology appropriate for a ten-bid capacity hospital;
	To safeguard, maintain and develop existing facilities and natural resources;
	To increase community awareness, cooperation and involvement regarding hospital programs and services; and
	To strengthen networking and linkaging with health agencies, POs, NGAs and NGOs for health-related activities

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

	Galing-Pook Awardee Year 2000 - given by Asian Institute of Management and Local Government Academy of the Philippines for quality service
	Pag-asa ng Bayan Awardee Year 2000 given by the Civil Service Commission for Quality Service and Team Work
	Most Outstanding Performance in Disease Surveillance (entire region II for 2000 and 2004)
	Awardee: 2009 Philippine Health Promotion Program thru Healthy Places
	Over-all champion - KNAS, ADFA & KMH Sportsfest for year 2002
